Job Templates are designed to allow you to load in a job which has any amount of job items saved to it. Literally anything that is in your job when it is saved will be loaded as the template the next time it is used.

If you have a model that does not align with the default UCS when loading in the part, you may need to align your stock with respect to the model on the Stock Definition page.
